Sohma Rae Hathaway

Sohma sees the Diamonds in life regardless of circumstances. She was raised in a home fraught with drugs and alcohol, with the neglect and abuse that often accompanies it.
At 17 Sohma and her little sister were asked to find another place to live.
Unhealthy, belief systems stemmed from those early years. Life offered many challenges for Sohma in the way of betrayal, broken marriages, cancer (and other medical challenges) and death of loved ones.
Through these challenges, something beautiful began to take life. It was a light , an understanding of her true identity and how God had carried her through with His tender mercies, guidance and even miracles.
Her inspiring story of resilience, forgiveness and love teaches us that we are stronger than we know and there is no place low enough that God’s hand can’t reach us.
